What this site collects
Booking requests collect your name, email, phone number, postcode, preferred appointment timing and contact preference. Clinic claim requests collect representative and business details.
Why it is used
The information is used to process the request, verify clinic claims, prevent misuse and maintain an operational record. The public forms are deliberately designed not to collect symptoms or medical history.
Booking requests
Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment. A clinic must confirm availability and carry out its own clinical screening. Do not submit medical details through the directory form.
Sharing and retention
Contact details should only be shared with the selected clinic or service providers needed to operate the directory. Production launch requires the site owner to set a documented retention period, controller identity and contact route before promoting the service to the public.
Corrections and requests
Earwax Finder is currently a public beta. The operator's full data-controller identity, privacy contact and final retention periods must be added here before paid clinic accounts or wider promotion begin.
